Private Instruction
Private yoga instruction outside of the traditional group class setting could be desirable for any number of reasons.
Individual
Work with me privately if you are new to yoga and feel intimidated by learning in a group setting, or schedule a session to focus on the specifics of alignment in certain postures or explore more challenging poses.
Small Groups
Organize a group of work associates and schedule a time with me to teach your group once a week after work. Or schedule a personalized session with your friends for a special occasion such as a birthday or bridal shower.
Rates
The rates for private instruction vary depending on the number of students and whether the session takes place in a setting provided by the student or in a rented studio space.
Rates listed below are for a one-hour session.

Studios are rented at Ripley-Grier Studios.
If you purchase a series of 5 or more sessions together, you'll receive a 10% discount off the total price.
Gift Certificates
You can also purchase gift certificates for private yoga instruction. Yoga makes a great gift for anybody at any time. A gift certificate can be mailed or sent electronically.
